Demold time between 24 and 48 hours. Deep Cast Has excellent bubble release, is crystal clear and can be line colored with any colorant. It is a deep cast epoxy of unrivaled quality. Deep Cast incorporates all the best UV resistant technology available. This 2:1 mix Than product is formulated to reduce exotherm (heat buildup), allowing users to pour thicker parts without delayed delamination like standard epoxies. Up to 4" application, crystal clear, 24-48 hour mold release , depending on volume.
